For your convenience these platters
may be pre-ordered. They are available at the TSB Showplace and
the Spiegeltent Salon Perdu one hour prior to shows starting
or from 6pm
on festival nights.
Platters to share (for two) $20
Gourmet Cheese Platter
Premium New Zealand cheese selections of bleu cheese, brie, aged
cheddar and wash rind cheese served with toasted Ciabatta
bread, crackers,
merlot paste, figs, nuts and fresh grapes.
Antipasti Platter
Cured meat antipasti platter of roast chicken salad, salami,
chicken liver pate, smoked fish spread. Served with freshly
baked Ciabatta
and French baguette, pesto and baba ganouche spreads.
Taste of the Ocean Platter
Seafood plate of smoked salmon, fish remoulade,
roast vegetable salad and shrimp cocktail served with
freshly baked garlic
bread, olive tapenade
and smoked mushroom dip.

Grilled Chorizo in spicy tomato sauce, chicken
meat ball in Tarragon sauce over steamed rice, Malay
lamb kebabs
in Malaysian
curry
sauce, Thai prawn sate with sweet chili sauce.

- Greek salad with feta cheese & Kalamata olives
- Waldorf salad with celery, walnut, potato and apple
- Pasta salad with semi roasted tomato, sautéed garlic
