Lunchtime Opera food for the soul
New Zealand/Aotearoa
A delectable selection of songs wrapped up in a lunchtime concert and performed by this country’s newest and brightest singers from the NBR New Zealand Opera.
Featured artists include Morag McDowell and three of the current crop of PwC Dame Malvina Major Emerging Artists – Brigitte Heuser, Andrew Grenon and Daniel O’Connor. These up-and-coming interns will add spice to your lunch hour with some great opera favourites including, Mozart’s delicious trio Soave sia il vento, and some lesser-known, but emotional works like Onegin’s cold and calculating Kogda bi zhizn.

Meow Meow, is a tour de force that turns cabaret inside out and performs in the famously magnificent Spiegeltent, a European mirror tent that is the ultimate cabaret and music salon.
