Steered by the gloriously gifted Tedesco brothers, Arte Kanela
has its roots in Spain, and base in Melbourne. Musical director,
composer and guitarist, Richard Tedesco is internationally recognised
as one of Australia’s leading Flamenco guitarists renowned
for his combination of traditional Flamenco, jazz, funk and Latin
grooves and his collaborations and performances with some of the
world’s leading Flamenco exponents. Brother Johnny encapsulates
the extraordinary attack and poise of a heart-meltingly seductive,
multi-acclaimed dancer.
Arte Kanela work with authentic Flamenco or classical musicians,
complex jazz artists, electric groove rockers or conceptual soundscape
artists to produce an experience that is uplifting and liberating.
